The journey of your chosen artwork, from its creation to its final place in your home, is a process we hold with the utmost care and respect. While we take every measure to ensure a flawless passage, the world is an imperfect place. Should any issue arise, please know that our commitment to your satisfaction is absolute.
Defective or Damaged Products
It is a deeply disappointing moment when a piece arrives in anything less than perfect condition. Should this occur, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your artwork. Include a few photographs of the product, and we will immediately begin the process of creating and sending a flawless replacement to you. Our primary goal is to ensure the piece that graces your sanctuary is the one you envisioned.
Items Lost in Transit
While the vast majority of our artworks arrive within the estimated timeframe, the complexities of global transit can sometimes introduce unforeseen delays. We ask for your patience in these rare instances. However, if your order's journey extends beyond our displayed timeframe by 10 business days, please contact us. We will consider the piece lost to the ether and will gladly create and send a replacement on a new passage to you.
Returns
The artwork you have chosen is brought into existence solely for you. From the moment you place your order, a creative process begins that is dedicated entirely to your piece. It is not an item retrieved from a shelf, but a unique and personal artifact of your own story.
Because of this deeply personal, custom-made nature, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage, defect, or loss in transit. This policy allows us to continue offering the unique, made-to-order quality that defines our collection, along with complimentary shipping for our patrons.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your artwork's journey is complete and its safe delivery to your provided address is confirmed by the carrier, its stewardship passes into your hands. LiveWallArts cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after this point. Should you need to investigate such an occurrence, we are committed to assisting you by providing all relevant delivery details, including the carrier, tracking information, and date of delivery, to aid in your inquiry.
